Marketing & Business Development Director
Mzwandile Khanya brings extensive marketing and business leadership expertise spanning over 25 years across research, education, and corporate sectors. Recognized as a marketing authority by senior business leaders throughout South Africa, he has held influential positions shaping the marketing profession at both organizational and industry levels.
His career encompasses strategic roles including Marketing Director and Board Member at Consulta Research (University of Pretoria subsidiary), National Manager at the Services Education and Training Authority (SSETA) overseeing provincial delivery, and Chairman of SSETA's Marketing Chamber for three years. He has also served in leadership capacities at the Marketing Federation of South Africa (MFSA) and the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM), coordinating industry special groupings and regional initiatives.
Currently, Mzwandile serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Quest Research Services and Director of A-Plus Communications, Green Africa Gas, and KhanyaDobha Trading and Projects. His community leadership includes serving as National Chairman and current Board and ExCo member of Childhood Cancer Foundation (CHOC).
Mzwandile holds an MCom in Marketing Management from RAU, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Diploma in Marketing from IMM and RAU.

Graeme Pitt brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience across technology, market research, and AI integration sectors throughout Africa. As Managing Director and Founder of For Your Insights since 2019, he has pioneered South Africa's first generative AI productivity training platform, serving organizations across financial services, telecommunications, and government sectors with measurable productivity improvements.
His entrepreneurial track record includes founding and scaling Freshly Ground Insights Africa revenue across 25 African markets between 2010-2019, establishing him as a leader in African market research innovation. Prior experience as Regional Director at FIHRST Management Services and Regional Manager at Accsys demonstrates consistent achievement in technology commercialization and enterprise solution delivery.
Graeme specializes in Generative AI implementation, enterprise training design, and pan-African business development. He designed the methodology for the hugely successful Generative AI Productivity Training workshop. Graeme is also a Director of For Your Insights Research and Training business.
Graeme holds a BA HDE from Edgewood College of Education, complemented by specialized certifications in Microsoft Copilot, Google, AI implementation, prompt engineering, and is an accredited SETA facilitator.
